Not sure why they have bad reviews but when I went my iced coffee was perfect! Will be coming back so glad there’s one nearby! The wait wasn’t too long I went on a Saturday early afternoon. The service was good too the people were nice. View all feedback.

If you ask for no ice they want to charge you 1.25 EXTRA for your drink. If you ask for less ice they want.79 cents extra. I called corperate they said TWO MONTHS AGO that should never happen. Now they say that's up to the manager. If you don't ask for easy ice then they will fill up the cup with ice and you get almost no drink. They are sleazy at this location.
