Gibsons Steakhouse - side

What CINDY P likes about Gibsons Steakhouse:
Wonderful service from Nicki, I had the sea bass and it was life changing. White flaky,buttery, fish served on a bed of fresh peas with a light lovely glaze. My husband enjoyed his bone in ribeye, everything was done to perfection and we added sautéed mushrooms and some asparagus for our sides. Excellent wine list as well, we sat in the bar for a more casual dinning experience, very loud made it hard to visit. View all feedback.

What Tracy M doesn't like about Gibsons Steakhouse:
Ordered porter house well done server let us know it would come out looking burnt (chard) we agreed still wanted the steak well done the steak was completely pink once cut to the middle also ordered a w.r Chicago cut steak medium well once got to the middle it was extremely pink we gave them both back to the staff for them to put back on the grill.the waitress then began to disagreed with me saying one of the steaks...
