Although I knew this hotel was central, I didn’t really understand it until I got there. It’s right on the Magnificent Mile and it’s great value for money. Perfect for those needing to travel on a budget. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is very pretty. This hotel is fine and in a good location but the elevators are a nightmare, if you are on a higher floor it can be anywhere from 10-20 minutes for a ride down and they are very small. This hotel is actually also a $15 extra rate per night of facilities fee which is a huge scam used to keep their rates low while charging you for internet and a business center which they claim are free .
