This coffee shop is one of the best keep secrets in Chicago. I had a vanilla latte which was expertly crafted and delicious. The restroom has a changing table and offers diapers, wipes and feminine products. I’ve never seen such a thing! How thoughtful! What David A doesn't like about Ridman's Coffee:
The staff is fantastic. The coffee is excellent. But the cafe could use some updating. The lighting is a bit dim, and the tables and chairs are a bit old looking. But by far the worst is the flooring. It looked very dirty. And I believe it is nearly impossible to keep looking nice. I don't think the problem is the staff, however. They work very hard.
