It was one of the most authentic and delicious places we ate in Colorado. We considered ordering another meal just to enjoy the tastes even longer. (We didn't because we were full). Some of the waitresses don't speak English fluently but when we wanted something complicated, e.g. to ask which dishes could be dairy free, they just called the waitresses who did.Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian curries....
