Schnitzel was good, the breading was crusty and well cooked. The pork knuckle didn’t deserve its name. I didn’t get a bone with slowly and long cooked meat on it. I just got a plate with dices of meat which probably was long before a knuckle. The skin was the opposite of crusty and the meat tasted really bad.
