The waitresses put customer’s food on top of the bins before taking them to customers. The picture is of a burger served to a client that was placed on the bin. Terrible food hygiene!!!! Also, they took 45 mins to get us ketchup (after telling two waitresses twice), by which point we had already finished our burgers.
