It was not a busy hour, 15:00, on a sunday, probably at 10% capacity; still they mixed up recipients of orders, gave mine to someone else and didn't serve me any food at all. I was in a group of four, the only one not to get anything. None of them noticed that. The staff was very indifferent to all of this.
