I’ve been to the Roka Akor in Chicago and had amazing food. This one, not at all. The miso soup, brussel sprouts, 5 piece nigiri selection mushroom and truffle rice were all very disappointing. Flavor was missing in every dish. 2 out of 5 of the nigiri was so hard to chew I had to spit them out. The mushroom and truffle rice did not taste like truffle at all, just a mushy, unseasoned rice.
