19 people in line, wait time is so bad some are leaving. Some genius at corporate has decided that doing all the on line orders go to the front of the line. So while the 19 people in line have to wait every time a new on line order prints. Poor worker is working like a mad man trying to keep up. Wonder why they just don't delay on line orders until line gets under control. Chances are the on line order is going to sit a long time before its picked up. Update: Still doing all the on line orders prior to customers standing in line. Basically they are working for a false deadline. Process screams, we really don't care about our customers we just want on line response times.
