The takeaway we ordered was delivered three and a half hours late. We called the restaurant after two hours and were told it would be only 5 minutes away due to bad weather. After waiting almost an hour, we called again and were once more told it was 5 minutes away. Finally, after another 30 minutes, the driver arrived.
