On the last three occasions that we have taken the grandchildren my grand daughter has been in tears because despite stressing that we do not want trimmings and relish on the cheeseburger, they put it on. When we dine in the food is always cold and the fries are never cooked enough. In fact on every occasion there has been something wrong. They are useless. We are going to Burger King next time.
