In particular, their ice cream and homemade ice cream, home made frozen bars and treats are top notch. .Service and product is always consistent. Quite an accomplishment during Covid and post pandemic times with labor shortages and supply chain challenges presented to small business owners. Well managed, very clean store, bravo! ?? Spent a week in Sonoma with the kids. Took them to Cielitos every day because the ice cream is delicious! Day 4, my son dropped his ice cream on the ground, he was so sad. When I told them what happened, they told me they need to call the manager, but most likely need to pay for another scoop. The manager made me pay for another scoop of ice cream, disappointing to say the least. Your customer service is disgraceful.... View all feedback.
