Mr. Baguette, I love you not only for your Bánh mì, but for your fusion touch. My sister loves the Saigon bacon and can you ever go wrong with the grilled pig? But game change for me is the ham lua, esp for this viet-food traditionalist, who usually only ch? l?a and pâté. It just adds a note from Umami that I didn't know I needed. The food is very good but the last two visits I was greeted by the same person Phuong. She is rude, and was rushing me on my order the entire time. Again the food is great but on my way out I asked for the Keys to the bathroom and she tossed the over to me, I?m not sure if she was having a rough day but I?ve had a bad experience with her twice now.
