What Mayra Perez likes about Chick-fil-a:
This place is always great! But today they went above and beyond and I wanted to share it. I had a crazy morning and missed breakfast but decided to still get lunch there. They had a breakfast surprise in my order and maybe it was the universe balancing out but the fact that they even give away their left over breakfast to their customers says a lot about their customer care. Tried to pick up an order for a customer after we were told repeatedly it was being made ready at 8:15 ish . A half hour passed as we waited patiently only to be told in the end that there was no order and that payment didn't go through even after we showed people in charge proof of purchase and order confirmation.
