I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My seat was ripped, it took 20 minutes to place our orders, another 10 to get our drinks, and we are still waiting after 45 minutes for our food. The service has declined since our last visit, even though I am a reward card holder. It's completely unacceptable, especially considering we try to support small businesses.
