We couldn't resist a local Thai restaurant with a chef named Polly...I am a chef named Polly and it seemed like kismet. It was! Truly delicious authentic Thai food cooked by an absolute genius with flavour. We ate Chicken Satay with a beautifully balanced homemade sauce and an excellent fresh green papaya salad garnish on the side.
