I ordered this meal at 5pm to be delivered. Was advised it would be between an hour and an hour and twenty minutes. At quarter to seven i rang to see where the food was. I was told by the poor girl on the phone that her “manager” said it would be a further half hour to forty five minutes. I asked if they would knock anything off for the inconvenience.
