We are blessed with good pubs in the local area but if you want a drink in a good location with great hosts and atmosphere then this is the place to be. We have started to visit a bit more regular now and enjoy Sunday afternoons with the meat raffle. There’s always a good friendly crowd . We met with friends here yesterday for lunch. Sitting in the sun having a drink it is a lovely setting in a beautiful village. We had booked lunch for four people,we didn't imagine we would be the only people in there.The waitress was polite and friendly.
