I lived in Houston (the city with the biggest Vietnamese population) with my Vietnamese best friend for 6 years. We got Vietnamese food every Sunday. Since I've moved to the northeast, I haven't had good Vietnamese food for months, especially bahn xeo. Saigon changed this.
