I called at 6pm on Friday to ask for a cookie cake and asked for asap. They said the earliest it could be ready was 1pm on Saturday. I asked could it be ready at 11:30 on Saturday. They said no. Long story short, I picked up the cookie and it says “custom cookie cakes in 15 minutes” on the box..they didn’t know that it impacted my day because we were waiting on the cake to go out of town for the bday party.
