When the new owners took over, we thought we would try the restaurant. I ordered chicken pliers with one side onion rings. The meal was amazingly good. The waitress explained that the tenders were hand doubled in dough and deep fritted to light golden brown. The onion rings seemed to be cut by hand thick, broken and deep fried.
