We don't have any Chili Parlors in Pittsburgh, PA. : We enjoyed both the traditional and Cincinnati chili's! Nice spice! Service was friendly and efficient and the bill was affordable. My boss bought 8 plastic containers - four mild and four spicy - from this restaurant, as he often buys lunch from different places. None of us could finish our meals because the containers were filled halfway with oil and chili. We had to drain off the excess oil, which seemed to keep rising above the chili at the bottom.
