New management? Or new cook? I loved Jack Chen II when it first opened years ago, but it seemed like the years passed, so the passion for serving good quality food. I ordered a Pu-Pop cellar from here a day because my normal Chinese spot is on vacation and EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! I use to order from them all the time, quality has really gone down hill. My last order was a disaster multiple phone calls from them after i placed my order from five different people changed the prices three times and after over charging my debit card they gave me a hassle over returning my money and simply canceling the order it wasn't worth all that hassle to order from them, complete disaster on their end.
