My husband and I recently moved from NYC to Springfield. We went to Nicolas last night and I must say that this is the best culinary experience we had here since the move. From exceptional service to high-quality food, we were very impressed. We sat at a high peak in the bar and the owner came out and had a long, funny conversation with us. We can't wait to go back. Really, really bad food. Ordered a Filet and it tasted like hamburger, absolutely disgusting. Was in the bar area and the server was almost as bad as the food.
