Have been here a few times and was very impressed the first time when I had the shrimp in black bean sauce. Went back again, different cook and was totally disappointed as the black bean sauce had been burnt to the point it was almost inedible. Should have turned it back but run out of time. Next time I am going to ask who is cooking as I will recognized him as we discussed the dish the first time I was there. View all feedback.
