First time at dutch bros and I was super impressed with the friendliness and speed of the staff. Their workers genuinely seemed happy which is always a great sign. From the moment I placed my order the barista/cashier was friendly, polite, and ensuring to ask the right questions to get my order right. I'm not sure what is going on lately, but the employees just seem to not want to be bothered by anything. Last week when I went, there was an employee drawing on a lid (never acknowledged I was there) as another actually got our drinks and did notice my irritation.
