Upon arriving at Mikato's, we very nearly turned around and went somewhere else. The outside of the establishment leaves MUCH to be desired, but once inside, all of our fears and apprehensions were erased. The service was spot on, we ate at a VERY reasonable price and had more food than we could eat. My fiance and I went to Mikato because I 'd found a Groupon deal. The service was terrible, the waiters do not acknowledge you or say you 're welcome if you say thank you. (something I 'm finding to be more of the norm these days at most restaurants here in Louisville) The waiter had to be asked twice for straws, then we had to ask for our chopsticks and dipping bowls.
