The last couple times I?ve ordered online, the wait has been much longer than the 15 min it says on the app. The food is good and the employees are friendly but the wait has been getting longer and longer. I showed up 20 min after I ordered tonight and when I arrived, my sandwich hadn?t even been started on. If they?re just going to make my sandwich after I get there, why bother using the app?
