We are regular visitors to this place, I can honestly say I rarely have a coffee that is hot but today it was barely tepid and the whole group commented the same!!! The radiators were stone cold and the room was very cold. There was no hot water to wash your hand after visiting the toilet. Terrible state of affairs. We did complain to a member of staff who said oh I’ll turn it up. Turn it on might help!! View all feedback.
