We used to go to Kotobuki all the time when we lived in Stamford years ago. It's a bit out of the way for us now but we were tired of our local, average sushi spots. On a whim we ordered from Kotobuki last night and drove the extra ten minutes each way. It was well worth it! Kotobuki has the best sushi in CT.
