We placed our order at 2:30 PM for a pickup at 5 PM on the same day. When we arrived at 5 PM, we had to wait 20 minutes for our food. We ordered fish and chips, but the oil wasn't hot enough which resulted in wet and cold fries. The fish was crispy, but it tasted like it was fried in bad or not hot enough oil. Really poor service. I didn't catch the name of our server but she seemed to be the only server...
