An amazing dining experience! We did the 3 course tasting menu and each dish as outstanding. Not only was it great food, the restaurant itself is beautiful. And our waiter?. Denny! Wine selections were very good. Food was delicious and each course was well explained by the server. We felt somewhat rushed through the courses. The biggest issue was the that the staff cleared individual plates for each course prior to all diners finishing the course. Hard to not call this tops in Steamboat for higher end dining. The 5 course is not overwhelming...
