What Ann Kanter doesn't like about Jason's Deli:
On two separate occasions The Pavilions location would not honor the Jasons rewards although my purchase was qualified. I ended up canceling my orders and going to the Colonade location where they could take care of me without a problem. Managers at Pavilion location cannot care less what you get telling me both times there's absolutely nothing they can do. So now I will be driving across town to the farther location...
