Wow! This was one of my first real memories of life in USA, decades ago! So happy back then. They had the best grilled cheese sandwiches! Called the grilled cheese butterfly , it had carrots/vegies, very nice presentation. I remember one day some local pilots spent the day flying people and giving certificates. I had not been here for a long time and I was not impressed. The place is looking tired and maybe it is. The food has been become very mediocre to simply not good. Also ordering at the podium seems very disjointed. I had the salmon and bagel and it was horrible. The worst bagel I have ever had. They should get their bagels at Bagels Plus in Acton.
