Nothing quite like a good bowl of pho on a cold and windy day! Rare beef was nice, and the broth also. A bit more bean sprouts would have been better, but this is minor. Pho comes in three sizes: S/M/L. Got the small it wasn't small at all! An L would probably feed a small family I suppose? Overall, very happy with this place.
