Honestly it was some of the best food we have had in a while and we had just come from Paris for a month. The butternut squash ravioli and the venison were both equally so incredibly good. My partner and I were staying in Stroud and had been given a recommendation to eat at the Bear of Rodborough. Unfortunately, we were not impressed , cobwebs in the windows by our table and looked liked they'd been there for months , the meals were well over priced for what you got , a very pretentious place.
