I have been there a couple of time with colleagues for what I expected to be a nice and quick lunch out of the office. Well... The food is ok, nothing special. The service was not especially quick but this is what you can expect at rush hour so, I could understand that point (even if 45minutes to serve the pizza of the day still seems a really long time).
