This is my second experience at Gaetan's watched the girl take the burger patty from frozen on the flat top with a weight on it to cook. I am a cook and have enjoyed many burgers. This one not so much, rubbery hockey puck is best described.When will owners of this place realize that fresh is todays new way all burger places that are succesfull cook there burgers from fresh not frozen hockey pucks.
