I've been to a couple Ruby Tuesday's around the country and it can pretty much always be said that the food quality is the same between them all. But that's not why this location gets a 5 star. Their service was impeccable. Met by both the manager on duty and the waitress. They helped me find an outlet so I could knock out my work on my laptop and they both regularly checked up on me. If given the option, I would rate it as zero stars. When we walked in, we weren't greeted by a waiter for about five minutes and then when we finally were seated, sat for another fifteen minutes with zero service before leaving. The waiter tried seating our family of four in a two person booth. With the little service we received, there was no way we were going to spend our money on overpriced food. View all feedback.
