Panda Garden has been one of my favorite spots for years!! (Sun prairie local) The food is great! The people that run it are good people. Not only did the food take 50 minutes to be delivered when it said 30 minutes, the food is terrible. One item was general tsos chicken. It was mushy/soggy and brown in color. It also tasted sweet.
