I am celiac and thought (hoped) that during our staff breakfast at iHop I'd be able to find something on the menu. Nothing was marked as gluten- free/ sensitive and the waitress had very few options to offer. When asked if the bacon was gluten free (and if that's what the bacon brand stated on the package), instead of checking she said, " That's how we've been serving it and we havent had any complaints yet."
