we visited the trip thru on 12/26/2021 at 10:45 o'clock. there was no reception, but we have the wrong food. we called back, no one would answer that phone. the next day, the day started and could not help anyone answer the phone. my daughter was able to finally lock her in today's 12/28/2021 and refused to replace our meals. incredibly rude to my daughter, even if we have time stamped pictures on our phone.
