We've ordered pizza from Sam's over 10 years and it has always been great. We moved so we've had to come in and dine in our last 2 trips. Our last experience wasn't great but maybe they were just having an off night. We called the order in and someone taking it wrote it down wrong. Pizza would’ve been good if it wasn’t extremely burnt. Also called less than 30 min after they opened to order, told an hour wait. Which was fine. Pizza took over an hour and a half to get here (we live 5 min away). When we called, we were just given excuses with no apologizes or solution other than sending a new pizza and our kids need to go to bed so we couldn’t wait for that.
