I called to book a table for my family for dinner for 6pm. The staff member who answered the call was not at all helpful. After a lot of 'uhming ' 'arghing ' She went to 'check '. When she returned to the phone call she claimed she couldnt ' book a table and then went silent. When I asked for a reason she demanded that we needed to come at 5pm or 7pm.
