The Old Vienna restaurant at QVB has been a longstanding gem amidst the changing landscape of the shopping arcade. Despite some overpricing complaints, the service is top-notch and the ambiance is beautiful. The coffee is well-made and the peaceful atmosphere on the first floor provides a welcome escape from the chaos below. The scones are a highlight, being perfectly baked and generously portioned. While the coffee is average, the overall experience is pleasant with polite service and reasonable prices. A solid choice among the various cafe options in the area.
