PZO is a NYS Fair tradition. This year I was shocked to witness the grill cook. A bald headed man with a grey bandanna verbally abused the wait staff to a point of putting one into tears. I know staff is hard to get but this guy is a bottom feeder. He should not be anywhere near the service industry.
