very nice outside seats directly near the streetcars and delicious baked goods fresh from the many. flower dealer close, all on a very cozy sitting corner. many older males. coffee wise, I have an icy latte that is hard for me to judge coffee, as it is so easy to make this taste good. not sure about coffee quality in general, as I have not yet tried anything else, but definitiw a visit at least for the baked and cozy...
