Payag's chicken barbecue is the best example of Bohol's unique version of the inasal . If Bacolod's chicken inasals goes well with their chicken sauce, the ones here in Payag's (and all around Bohol) goes well with a salty fish sauce condiment we call here as patis. My hubbys experienced ordered fish which is staled already. Refunded the amount and the staff and assigned manager dont know how to handle the situation..So long for waiting of their decision View all feedback.
This branch serves their iconic traditional chicken meal well but at a different cooking method...
I love the food.. but the place needs improvement..
