We booked a table for 3 for breakfast. The choices were simple (approx 7-8 menu items then you could add items) but they were exactly what we were looking for. Service was excellent, Chloe Esse did a really good job. Food was delicious, well presented and the coffees were made really well. I understand, lack of resources, ie personal, but this is our second time back for track days staying in an executive room and eating is terrible, the service is worse, left standing at the bar several times when nobody else is in the bar, sadly no confirmation and could not make a basic sweet martini “because it is not on their list” but the two basic ghosts are on the regal! the staff definitely don’t care. blunt a... the staff seemed grumpy and not very friendly. there were only 3 floors personal for an animate...
they need more experience staff to accentuate their customers in time. from bar to dinner. but...
